The Covenant of Access to the Mystic Realm

1. Introduction

Welcome, Seeker.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mystic Realm website, membership, courses, and digital materials (collectively, the “Service”). While the Realm is mythic in theme, these Terms are legally binding and written in clear language to protect both you and the creator of this world.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not access the Realm.

2. Eligibility & U.S.‑Only Access

Access to the Mystic Realm is currently limited to residents of the United States. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or purchasing a membership, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a U.S. resident.
  • Age Requirements: You are at least 18 years old, or you are at least 13 years old and have received explicit consent from your parent or legal guardian who has created this account on your behalf. The Service is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Users outside the United States are not permitted to create accounts or purchase memberships at this time. If you are a parent or guardian authorizing a minor to use the Service, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms regarding their use.

3. Membership & Access

The Mystic Realm is a subscription‑based digital membership.
By joining, you receive access to:

     • The Arcane Tower (courses and lessons)
     • The Relic Vault (tools and resources)
     • The Primal Cipher and other instructional systems
     • Future content released as part of your membership tier

Access continues for as long as your membership remains active and paid.
The Service is digital only. No physical products are provided.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:
     • Provide accurate information during signup
     • Keep your login credentials secure
     • Not share your account with others
     • Not attempt to bypass membership restrictions or access controls

The Realm is for individual Seekers only.
Shared or resold accounts may be terminated without refund.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe via Paid Memberships Pro (PMPro).
By purchasing a membership, you authorize:

     • Recurring charges (monthly or yearly, depending on your plan)
     • Automatic renewal until you cancel

You may update your billing information or cancel your membership at any time through the Portal.

 

6. Refund Policy

Because membership provides immediate, unrestricted access to digital content and downloadable materials (including video lessons, PDFs, and tab files), all membership payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current paid billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within the Mystic Realm — including videos, lessons, graphics, text, systems, frameworks, and relics — is the exclusive property of Guitar Genies LLC

You agree not to:

     • Copy
     • Distribute
     • Reproduce
     • Share
     • Resell
     • Reverse‑engineer
     • Create derivative works

…from any part of the Service.

Your membership grants personal, non‑transferable, limited access only.

8. Educational Purpose Only

The Mystic Realm provides educational content for guitar instruction.
It does not guarantee:

     • Skill improvement
     • Musical outcomes
     • Professional results
     • Any specific level of mastery

Your progress depends on your own practice and dedication.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

     • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
     • Attempt to access restricted areas without membership
     • Interfere with site functionality
     • Upload malicious code
     • Harass or disrupt other users
     • Misuse the content or brand of the Realm

Violation may result in account termination without refund.

10. Modifications to the Service

The Mystic Realm may update, modify, or remove content at any time to improve the learning experience or maintain the integrity of the system.

Membership features may evolve as the Realm grows.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

     • You violate these Terms
     • You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
     • Your payment fails and remains unresolved
     • You fail to complete required account actions (such as email verification, onboarding steps, or resolving a payment or access issue) within 3 days of notification, in which case your account may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.
 
Upon termination, you lose access to all member‑only content.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

     • The Service is provided “as is”
     • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
     • Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Data Collection Clause

Guitar Genies LLC does not require or store your real first or last name.
To create an account, only a username (optional) and a valid email address are required.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third‑party payment processor. Stripe may require additional billing information, such as your legal name and billing address, for fraud prevention and card verification purposes.

This billing information is collected and stored by Stripe, not by Guitar Genies LLC.
Guitar Genies LLC does not have access to, store, or retain your full billing details.
